Easy to use, not so easy to set up.
Basically this is a RSS feed reader that is completely free. You can run it out of a web site or as a stand alone desktop application.

Steps:

1.) add your feeds in the frame on the left
2.) click the options button on the widget and select HTML to copy.
3.) Dump it in your web site.

Coming back to the site after logging out you click on your profile. Then click on the widget ICON you want to edit. Then click personalize this widget.

Don't let this become a nasty habit.
